• We only sell license keys. The software itself is provided to you as a free gift or as a donation in exchange for the purchase of a license key. Therefore, we are fully compliant with applicable laws and have not violated any terms of service or legal regulations by selling these licenses.
• By using our services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any consequences, legal or otherwise, resulting from the use of the software provided. The user assumes all risks associated with using third-party software.

3. Liability Limitation

• We disclaim all liability for any damages or legal repercussions that may arise from the use of the software or tools purchased from our platform.
• We do not guarantee that our tools are undetectable by game developers or other third parties. The use of any tools is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any actions taken against your account, including bans, suspensions, or other penalties.

4. Feedback and Disputes

• If you leave negative feedback without a valid reason or without seeking support from us first, you may be blacklisted from our store and any purchases you’ve made will be revoked.
• Any attempt to issue a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our services, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Product Delivery

• Once the product has been sent to the email you provided, we are no longer responsible for it. Ensure that your contact information is accurate before completing the purchase.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments made via PayPal must be sent as "Friends & Family" . If not, we reserve the right to refund only 60% of the purchase amount due to associated fees and disputes.
